Norik Dilanchyan is a local artist who paints in a modern renaissance style. In 1994 his work was exhibited by Mark Alan Galleries in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. Norik has taught drawing at LA City College and LA Valley College. He has taught alongside with Mark Westermoe, Glenn Vilppu, and John Watkis at the LA Art Academy. He has participated in many group shows in Fresno, Whittier, LA and San Francisco. From 1999 to 2001 his work was exhibited in the Waterfront Gallery in Arrowhead. His last project was published by AOL Time Warner. Recently he has focused more on multifigural compositions by creating unique expressions of music in paintings.
